City Apartments was established in 1999 with the simple objective of providing the best value high standard short-term accommodation for top executives in London's financial district.

Our service delivery philosophies are based on first-hand experience as guest and operator of the growing serviced apartment concept. To us, excellent customer service means exceeding our guests' and clients' expectations every time. Innovative thinking and cost-saving services are fundamental to our approach. Indeed, we regard superior technologies combined with friendly, professional and individual attention as our hallmark.

All our guests are met by one of our full time staff from our Guest Services team on arrival and their apartment will be stocked with loads of fresh essentials, from beers to bananas, loorolls to lilies! We will take the guest through their apartment in as much or as little detail as needed - setting up free wi-fi on the guest's lap-top, talking them through what's on their doorstep, or even walking them over to their office.

Throughout the guest's stay, weekly cleaning service comes as standard with fresh towels and bed linen. And, whilst every apartment has a washing machine, we also have a 24 hour laundry and dry cleaning service. For those guests who are tied to their desks day and night our Guest Services team will even go out and do their grocery shopping for them, completely free of charge!
