Many will be aware and may have booked our latest building Atelier House, that we acquired in September 2018, located just around the corner from the famous Hatton Garden and within an easy few minutes’ walk of our clients’ offices near Holborn, Farringdon, Barbican & St. Paul’s. In December we decided to close the entire building to undertake a top-to-bottom total refurbishment and reconfiguration! We are delighted to share that the project is well under way and we hope to reopen sometime in August. Atelier House will then comprise 29 beautiful air-conditioned apartments, with contemporary furnishings and high-spec appliances and we sincerely hope that you will all like it even better!
We are working with one of the UK’s leading hospitality design agencies and are truly excited about how the apartments will look – it will represent yet another step-up in terms of quality for us and we will then look to roll out that same feel across the entire portfolio.
