FREE International Phone Calls & Smartphone Now in Every Apartment!

City Apartments Ltd – the leading full service apartment owner/operator in London’s financial centre -the City of London –  is very happy to announce that we are the first serviced apartment provider to provide a free smartphone across all our portfolio, of 200 apartments!  All our guests staying will be able to enjoy the use of a UK registered android smartphone that will allow them to call all over the world to both international landlines and mobiles completely free of charge. The smartphones also allow for unlimited internet browsing on the EE 3/4G network in the UK and come pre-connected to each individual guests’ apartment private dedicated broadband WiFi.  Once our guests have arrived they are then free to use the phones both in and out of the apartment. The phone also has a ticketing feature which allows the guest to explore things to do in the city and book attraction tickets, tours and activities with discount on the go.


 

 

 

 

 

 

The phones come pre-loaded with Skype, Twitter, Uber, Citymapper, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Youtube, Gmail and many other useful things to help get around the City.  The phones can also be used to make direct calls to our 24hour Guest Services Team by simply pressing the “Call For Help” tab on the side bar, where they will also find an “Email For Help” tab and “Take Me Home” function which can be pressed from any location and will give our guests the quickest route back to their apartment. Our guests can also connect the phones to their own cloud to save photos and other information they may have gathered during their time in London before using the built-in “Erase All Data” to clear the device prior to departure.
