April 2010 - Building starts at City House

 We're excited to say we've been allowed the name City House for our new Cannon Street property, just as building gets underway. We are hopefully still on target for a end of year launch of 32 air conditioned central City apartments. Watch this space!!

November  2009 - City Apartments buys flagship building on Cannon Street

We've been looking for 5 years for the right property in the right place at the right price. We think we've found it!! 68 Cannon Street in the heart of the Square Mile - just 2 minutes walk from The Bank of England - is a new project for us. With permission to put 32 apartments in to this abandoned office block work should start in March and we would look to complete before Christmas 2010

August 2009 - 14 fantastic new properties in Farringdon

City Apartments takes over Zinc House - This great property on the western edge of The City is in need of major refurbishment. Having just taken this building over we are in the middle of a major refit and plan to have 14 sparkling new apartments on the portfolio by the end of Septemeber 

 

April 2008 - Record turnout for City Apartments "Spring" BBQ.

Over 100 guests, clients and friends came to the now legendry seasonal barbeque at Tao's in Bow Lane to enjoy great food and possibly a bit too much prosecco! *** Lookout for our next one ***

 

March 2008 - City Apartments shortlisted as one of three for "Best Accommodation Provider" at Re:Locate Awards.

Sadly in the final analysis the winner was an agent who uses City Apartments to provide accommodation for their City clients and use other providers elsewhere in the UK. As a relatively focused supplier - providing accommodation only in "The Square Mile" - we were proud to have been selected as one of the top three in the country.

 

February 2008 - A Busy Start to 2008 for City Apartments
